Richard is the Director of Navigate’s Global Telecommunications Practice. Richard has more than 20 years of experience managing the marketing, sales, project management, and joint venture development functions for global companies. Richard’s experience in marketing and management spans a range of industries including telecommunications, marine, automotive, and executive education.
Richard’s professional career includes senior management positions with companies including Logica, British Telecom, Millicom, Monroe, and Outboard Marine. As country manager for Logica Consulting in Belgium, he developed projects for number portability, license acquisitions, and other strategic activities. As Deputy General Manager for British Telecom, Richard held a range of senior positions in marketing, fixed mobile convergence, carrier services, and joint venture development in the UK, France, Italy, Germany, and Belgium. Prior to British Telecom, Richard was the Marketing Director for Millicom in the UK and also worked in marketing roles with Monroe Europe and Outboard Marine in the aribbean.
Richard has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an M.B.A. in International Management from Thunderbird – The Garvin School of International Management. He has lived in the US, UK, France, Italy, Germany, and Belgium, and worked across Europe and the Middle East. Richard speaks English and French.
