Dr. Gallarotti is a Senior Strategist advising on issues related to international organization, politics and micro-finance. Dr.Gallarotti is an International Political Economist in the Department of Government at Wesleyan University and a Visiting Professor in the Department of Economic Theory at the University of Rome. Dr. Gallarotti has published extensively in academic journals in the fields of economics, business, and political science. His principal research interests lie in areas of international finance, trade, economic policy, bargaining, negotiation, international law and the environment.
Dr. Gallarotti has been a registered trade consultant for the World Bank and has been listed in Policy Experts 2003: The Insider Guide to Public Policy Experts and Organizations (Washington, D.C.: Heritage Foundation). His biography has been published in One Thousand Great Americans (Cambridge, International Biographical Center, 2003) and as well as in Dictionary of International Biography (Cambridge, International Biographical Center, 2000-2002).
Dr. Gallarotti was a Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Alpha Theta graduate of Hunter College. He received an M.I.A. and a Certificate in Western European Studies from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from Columbia University.
